2026-10-20 Port Go has a new look and several new features

Over the last two releases, Port Go has received a visual update and new features that make daily work quicker. Here are the main changes.

Create anything from anywhere 

Tap the blue + button anywhere in the app to create a new port call, task, work order, checklist or issue. The options you see depend on which modules your port uses.

My schedule (Plan module) 
The schedule has been redesigned with Day, Month and Year tabs: 

• Day: your shift, assigned work, reported time and payroll additions. 

• Month: a calendar, and your reported and scheduled hours by salary type. 

• Year: your hours per month. 

My schedule is available to users with the Plan module. What it shows depends on whether you have a schedule assigned to you.

Clearer Home view 
The Home view now gives a better overview of your day, with the weather forecast, your schedule, shortcuts and all open work orders. The content in the Home view may vary depending on which modules are enabled and configured for your port. 

Other new features 

• Work orders, checklists and issues can have their own location. Pick it on the map or use your current position. 

• You can add remarks to tasks. 

• You can add attachments to port calls. 

• Payroll additions are filled in with the default quantity. 

• Notifications are now in the header, and it’s easier to see which ones you’ve read. 

Updated design 
Lists, forms, date pickers, the port call timeline and navigation have a clearer, more consistent look throughout the app. Lists now have one toolbar for search, date range, filters and grouping. 

Fixed: Foreman and custom properties can no longer be edited on delivered work orders.
