We use cookies to try and give you a better experience in Freshdesk.
You can learn more about what kind of cookies we use, why, and how from our Privacy policy. If you hate cookies, or are just on a diet, you can disable them altogether too. Just note that the Freshdesk service is pretty big on some cookies (we love the choco-chip ones), and some portions of Freshdesk may not work properly if you disable cookies.
We’ll also assume you agree to the way we use cookies and are ok with it as described in our Privacy policy, unless you choose to disable them altogether through your browser.
Agents can now register several port call requests in one go instead of one at a time. This is mainly for cruise agents who plan port calls a season or several years ahead.
In Schedule your next port call, click Planning a whole season or several years ahead?
Enter the shared details once, then add one row per port call (arrival, departure, quay, ports and remark).
Add the rows yourself, create a repeating series, or paste them from a spreadsheet. Internal users can do the same.
The default arrival and departure times are now 08:00–18:00, so there’s less to fill in.
Services and cargo can’t be added when you create several port call requests at once. You can order them later, closer to arrival.
