Just note that the Freshdesk service is pretty big on some cookies (we love the choco-chip ones), and some portions of Freshdesk may not work properly if you disable cookies.

The Insights page has a new design that makes reports easier to find.
Report cards: each report is shown as a card instead of a row in a long list.
Quick filters/presets: filter by report type to find a report quickly. Search works as before.
Starred reports: star the reports you use most, and they’ll be shown first. Stars are saved per user.
Explore reports and configuration in one place: you can now open Explore reports and the report configuration from the Insights page. The configuration used to be under Settings. Explore reports opens in a larger view than on the dashboard and can also be shown in full screen.
