2025-08-12 Set your own "Standard" list

All new lists now has support for Customer and User defined default presets. 

This is set when saving new preset by selecting “Default”.


If combined with "Shared within organisation" it will be applied for all users in the tenant. 

User configured default preset will be prioritised over shared within organisation.


Before saving a preset, you can adjust:

  • Which columns are displayed

  • The order of the columns

  • Filters

All changes are saved in the preset, except for the selected dates.
