This can be applied to ports with multiple locations within their port district.
If set to Yes, the numer of fees to be invoiced within a period will apply to each location individually.
For instance, if number of fees to be invoiced for a specific price list is 1 per day, a fee can be charged for each location on a given day.
NB! This setting will not affect the rule for the port call fee, which will remain limited to one fee per 24 hours across all locations.
