PDF-vedlegg kan nå sendes til Visma Business Nxt

Det er nå mulig å sende PDF-vedlegg sammen med fakturagrunnlag til Visma Business Nxt.

Funksjonen fungerer på samme måte som for andre økonomisystemer med støtte for vedlegg.

For å kunne sende vedlegg må Tillat vedlegg være aktivert på Fakturaavsender
(Innstillinger → Fakturering). Når dette er gjort, kan det hukes av for “Legg til faktura” på vedlegget.

Kun vedlegg i PDF-format støttes. Dersom beskrivelse ikke er angitt på vedlegget, brukes filnavnet automatisk som beskrivelse ved sending.

Det är nu möjligt att skicka PDF-bilagor tillsammans med fakturor till Visma Business Nxt.

Funktionen fungerar på samma sätt som för andra ekonomisystem med stöd för bilagor.

För att kunna skicka bilagor måste Tillåt bilagor vara aktiverat på Fakturerande organisation
(Inställningar → Fakturering). När detta är gjort kan det kryssas i “Bifoga till faktura” på bilagan.

Endast bilagor i PDF-format stöds. Om ingen beskrivning anges för bilagan används filnamnet automatiskt som beskrivning vid sändning.

It is now possible to send PDF attachments together with invoices to Visma Business Nxt.

The functionality works in the same way as for other accounting systems that support attachments.

To send attachments, Allow attachments must be enabled on the Invoicing organisation
(Settings → Invoicing). Once enabled, the “Attach to invoice” option can be checked on the attachment.

Only PDF files are supported. If no description is provided for an attachment, the file name is automatically used as the description when sending.
