Port call fee per municipal
It is now possible to apply the port call fee check separately for each municipal.
Previously, the system limited the port call fee to one per 24-hour period or calendar day regardless of municipal. With this update, the limit now applies per municipal.
For example, if there are two municipals and a vessel makes port calls to both within the same 24-hour period/calendar day, two port call fees will be charged – one for each municipal.
Within a single municipal, the system still limits the number of port call fees to one per 24-hour period/calendar day.
The Port Authority is responsible for ensuring that the port call fee is charged according to the government’s regulations.
Step-by-step guide
Set Municipal to Yes for the different resource areas representing the municipals.
Change invoice setting “Port call fee rule per municipal” to Yes in General settings.
